The Cappella Musicale Di S. Petronio Di Bologna is the choir of the Basilica of San Petronio in Bologna. Founded in 1436 by Pope Eugene IV, in the space of a century has established itself as one of the most important musical institutions in the context of the revival of the musical forms and occurred in the field of Renaissance polyphony. In 1530 the Basilica to attend the solemn ceremony of coronation of Emperor Charles V. is the choir of the Basilica of San Petronio in Bologna.
