Richard Tex Newman

American punk rock and industrial musician originally from Dallas, Texas. Hence the nickname "Tex". He hitchhiked up to Detroit, Michigan in the late 70's looking for a better rock scene and started [a=R.U.R. (3)] there in 1978.
