MATRU (itsMATRU) is a German (Deutsch) Pop/R&B singer (Sänger), songwriter & producer (Produzent) living in Wiesbaden (Hessen, Germany) with electronic music & Hip-Hop/Rap influences. 6LACK, Bryson Tiller, EDEN, BANKS & Kelvyn Colt are his biggest musical influences. He collaborated with Starkato, Hyperkane and Kaleone. in 2014, he was the support act for AnnenMayKantereit and gained some recognition for covering Kelvyn Colt's Song "Savage" and got a shout out from Kelvyn Colt for covering his song. His first single Voices is one of the first tracks, he has ever produced and sing to.
