Kieran Kane

American country music artist and songwriter. Born October 7, 1949 in Queens, New York, USA. Kane charted as a singer eight times on the U.S. country charts between 1981-4, with "You're the Best", a song he co-wrote with Bruce Channel, hitting #14 in 1981. As a songwriter he's charted twenty-five times between 1981-1998. He co-wrote three #1 country songs: "Don't Worry 'Bout Me Baby" by Janie Fricke (1982) (co-written by Deborah Allen & Channel), " As Long As I'm Rockin' with You" by John Conlee (1984) (co-written by Channel), and "Can't Stop My Heart from Loving You" by The O'Kanes (1987) (co-written by Jamie O'Hara). He co-wrote three additional top 5 country songs as well.
