Paul Hill (13)
(1934-1999) Founder of The Paul Hill Chorale, Washington, D.C., starting the ensemble as an informal group in 1967. He was the Chorus Master and Musical Director of the group for the next 30 years. After his retirement due to Lou Gehrig's Disease in 1997 the group was named Master Chorale of Washington. He was named Director Emeritus until his death in 1999.
