Chilean Nueva Trova, "Canto Nuevo", Folklore, Andean Music, protest songs & pop group, formed 1976 in Santiago. Disbanded 1980, a couple of months before that, [a=Sergio Terán] (replaced by Patricio Cano) decided to move to Germany, to develop a career as profesional musician. Due to this fact, and the very hard times and Dictatorship ruling the country then, they gave up their plans to record a second album, and split up, giving a last concert as a first act by the opening day of the famous "Café del Cerro", the place that will evolve into one of the most important locations for the "Canto Nuevo" movement in the 80s in Chile.
