Southern Sunrise
Southern Sunrise are a band who combine the sounds of country, blues and mellow pop and are inspired by the likes of Laura Marling, Noah and the Whale, The Civil Wars and Fleet Foxes. They released their debut EP Brighton on the 1st of June 2013, a testimony of the beautiful British seaside town. After a successful UK tour, the band relocated to the Netherlands, where they enjoyed regional and national airplay, played live on the show "Met Het Oog Op Morgen" on Dutch Radio 1 and opened a.o. for golden record winner Ozark Henry and Douwe Bob, winner of Dutch TV show "The Best Singer-songwriter of Holland". They hit the ground running in 2014 with two successful live tours throughout The Netherlands. Their most recent achievement is the release of their second EP Feels Like Home, released on the 27th of September on their own record label Southern Music Records.
