John Kitchen
British violinist and violin teacher. Born in Lancaster, Lancashire, England, UK. He studied at the [url=https://www.discogs.com/label/459222-Royal-Northern-College-Of-Music]Royal Manchester College of Music[/url]. He completed his National Service with [a=The Band Of The Grenadier Guards]. In 1959, he joined the [a=BBC Symphony Orchestra] as its youngest member. In 1965, he joined the [a=London Symphony Orchestra] as Sub-Principal Second Violin (1966-1973). In 1984, he was invited to join the [a=London Philharmonic Orchestra] until his retirement in 2009.
