Hansson De Wolfe United

Swedish pop/rock group formed in 1979 by Lorne de Wolfe (vocals / bass / keyboard) and Dick Hansson (percussion). The two had a few years earlier been members of the group Vargen. Hansson de Wolfe United broke through immediately with the debut album "Iskalla killen, full av mänsklig värme" in the new year 1980. In total, five albums sold gold. The first nationwide concert tour came only in 1982, six months after the third album. The group performed "Oberoende vad fursten säger" at the Swedish ANC Gala in 1985. In 1990, the album Roulettenburg was released without Hansson under the name De Wolfe United. In the spring of 2010, a shorter tour of Sweden was carried out, but without Dick Hansson's participation. In the autumn of 2010, a new album was released entitled "Elektriskt blått". The new album's title track, "Där hallonen växer vilt", was presented nationally for the first time when the group played in Swedish TV4's program Nyhetsmorgon.
