Wili Jønsson

Danish rock-bassist, born 27 March 1942 on the island of Amager to a Danish mother and a Swedish father. Mostly known as the bassist of [a=Gasolin'] from 1969 to 1978. Recording debut as organist in [a=Peter Belli & Seven Sounds] in 1966. Also organist in [a=Exploding Mushroom] in the same period. After Gasolin', member of [a=Frede Fup], [a=Sorte Penge], [a=Tyg], and [a=Bolværket], as well as backing musian for numerous Danish artists like [a=Swing Jørgen], [a=Peter Belli], [a=Sanne Salomonsen], [a=Allan Olsen], [a=Sort Sol], [a=Peter Sommer] and [a=Lasse & Mathilde]. Married to [a=Katrine Jensenius], his partner since 1968.
