OP8

[a=Giant Sand] spin-off that was meant to be a series of releases featuring the three members of Giant Sand with guest artists. However, after the release in 1997 of [r=401622] featuring [a=Lisa Germano], Joey and John's other side project, [a=Calexico], begun the same year, took all of their attention and the OP8 project was shelved.
