Tommy "Bas" Pedersen

Danish bass player, guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, active from the mid 1960's to the late 1980's. Playing in numerous bands, including [a=Matadorerne] (1965), [a=Flemming & Page One] (1967-68), [a=Green Grass (2)] (1970-71), [a=Med Kærlig Hilsen] (1972) and [a=Hyldemors Grønsaligheder] (1973-76). Released his only solo album [r=4062312] in 1978 which lead to the establishment of the [a=Tommy Bas Band] that remained active until 1984. Formed the trio Tommy Bas, Teglgaard og Breum in 1985 with guitarist [a=John Teglgaard] and drummer [a=Jens Breum]. This constellation folded in 1988.
