Gil Wright

American tenor singer who also played trumpet. Born 03 Jul 1929 Nashville, Tennessee Died 30 Apr 2017 (87). He was a two-time Grammy winner, awarded for his work with the Anita Kerr Singers. He worked on numerous recording sessions with many artists including Waylon Jennings, Jerry Lee Lewis, Rosemary Clooney, Patsy Cline, Burl Ives, Eddie Arnold, Jim Reeves, and many others. He was over a seven-decade life member of the Nashville Musicians Association.
