Mladen Vojičić Tifa

Bosnian rock music & pop-rock music singer, born October 17, 1960 in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzeg. Vocalist in local bands since 1979, he became nationwide recognised as lead vocal of ''Bijelo Dugme'' (1984-1985), as guest vocal ''Armija B'' (1985-1986), again lead vocal of ''Vatreni Poljubac'' (1986-1987) and ''Divlje Jagode'' (1987-1988), after he released his debut solo album in 1989. Also in August 1994 he released one of rare albums completely produced and published in a warzone of Sarajevo. Beside his major popularity as lead vocal of nationwide recognise bands, he managed to released 6 solo studio album materials for local labels, which include some of his most popular songs: 1989 Sarajevo Disk; 1990 Diskoton (as Tifa Band); 1994 OKO Publishing; 1995 In Takt Records; 2000 In Takt Records, 2013 Sarajevo Disk. His compilation cover material in 1997 also including first time published song ''Grbavica'', which already as demo record became football supporters' anthem of local team FK Željezničar. In period 1980-1984 he used to be a guitar player as well as vocalist in small-time local bands (''Prvi Čin'', ''Kako Kad'', ''Paradox''), and also a part-time lyricist in ''Top'' and ''Teška Industrija''.
