Release Music Orchestra

German fusion band originating from [a1463387] via a complex transition that included the bands Release Group (also featuring [a233355]), [a2029882] and [a785884]. Release Music Orchestra (known as RMO for short) played a lively fusion with lots of Krautrock elements, with stylisms that people compare to the "Canterbury scene".

Members: Frank Fischer, Günther Reger, Manfred Rürup, Norbert Jacobsen, Margitta Haberland, Tommy Goldschmidt, Wolfgang Thierfeldt, Wolfgang Lindner, Bernd Kiefer, and Holger Dunkel
