Raffaele Santi

Raffaele Santi a.k.a. X-Mind starts to listen to electronic music and hardcore in the middle ‘90. In little time, he decides to be a DJ and starts to buy records. After 3 years he discovers drum’n’bass and starts to play in the underground italian scene, also developing a chill-out project. In 2003 he becomes resident in a rock club alongside DJ Fluid playing psytrance, d’n’b and hardcore. Finding soon a good feeling, they created Dlscrew and the industrial project [a=D.O.M. (6)]. They quickly create a strong live set. Together, they released records on Psychik Genocide, Neurotoxic and Head Fuck Negative. In 2009, different musical points of view bring them to the decision of developping new solo careers. Raffaele starts the new project X-Mind releasing “Mescaline” on Turnover/Maclitek. Now X-Mind releases material on Not Easy Tunes and Darkside Underground (Twisted and Brainfire) for frenchcore style and on Paralysis Rec. for Darkcore.
