Chymera

Involved in electronic music since the turn of the century, Irishman Chymera first started gaining wider recognition in 2006. His release "Midnight at the Aquarium", sitting neatly at the juxtaposition of house and techno, announced his arrival on the international scene. He followed this up with well regarded releases on labels like Ovum, Delsin, Dirt Crew and Cocoon and quickly found a home in the crates of discerning DJs. Since then, his energetic live sets have brought him to almost every continent and some of the finest clubs and festivals in the world. In 2015 he debuted his ambient and Berlin-school inflected alias Merrin Karras. These days somewhat more active under that moniker, he's released three albums of deep, introspective, synth laden ambience to wide acclaim.
