James Montgomery-Willcox
Australian multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter, based in Canberra, ACT, since the 1990s. In April 2018 Montgomery released a solo album Paper Walls under the name James Montgomery-Willcox, his first solo album after recording four previous albums with The Feldons and one 1997 album with Strange Brew. Montgomery-Willcox has played in a number of bands, including Strange Brew in the 1990s and the seminal modpop band the Feldons (2006-2017), where he contributed bass as well as being the major songwriter and vocalist. James is the older brother of British based composer and conductor Jessica Cottis and is a published author, writing under the name of JG Montgomery.
