Bent Werther

Danish vocalist (1932-1973), discovered in 1957 by [a=Otto Brandenburg] who adopted him into the vocal quartet [a=Four Jacks]. Werther sang with the quartet 1957 to 1964, when he persued a solo career. Until his death in 1973 due to liver alcohol damages he had moderate pop succes making danish novelty versions of international pop hits and as a duet with [a=Gustav Winckler].
