The Choir Of The Temple Church

The Temple Church Choir consists of eighteen choristers and twelve professional choirmen. The choir is considered to be one of the finest choirs in London, a reputation it gained soon after Dr Edward John Hopkins became its choirmaster in 1843. Even though its primary role is to enhance the church's liturgy, the choir has been involved with some groundbreaking projects. The choristers are awarded generous bursaries towards their education.
